she shows up earlier than downtown, finding u outside mercurios on the way back from the beach or something. u can leave her to die (at a cost to ur humanity) or save her (at a boost to humanity).
fast forward to santa monica, u find samantha in the hospital (instead of heather) and she’s dying! she recognises u and starts to cry, thinking you were dead and begs u to help her but its evident she’s probably not gonna make it. u leave with ur sire and the embrace scene begins. Vtmb but the opening scene is the club where u meet ur sire, samantha is there and it’s established that she’s ur best friend.
